There are very many resources on the web that can support Evangelical Lutheranism
still.
- The Fellowship of Evangelical Lutheran Churches (FELC) was created solely for the purpose of Christian mission.
Hit it up at http://www.f-e-l-c.org/
- Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC) is the umbrella "denomination"
for those congregations looking to shelter themselves from the ELCA (or other
Lutheran denominations). It is a centrist alternative to the ELCA and congregations
may be either rostered in the LCMC or dually rostered with the ELCA. It is
comprise of many different districts, much like synods, but the districts
are comprised of like minded congregations rather than geographically near
ones (in most cases). It has it's own clergy roster, pension plan and precious
little structure (that's a good thing). http://www.LCMC.net/
- CCM Verax exists for one purpose
only. That purpose is to tell the truth about Called to Common Mission (CCM),
the ecumenical agreement between the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America
(ELCA) and the Episcopal Church in the USA. The truth is that CCM is arguably
the greatest act of deception ever cultivated by an ecclesial denomination
in the history of North America.
- Affirms.org is an organization whose mission
is to expose and stand in opposition to unlutheran practices in the ELCA
